By accessing or using PinVista, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the service.

PinVista provides local business analytics services, including:

• PinVista Score calculation and tracking
• Local SEO performance analysis
• Competitor intelligence and benchmarking
• AI-powered recommendations and insights
• Business profile management tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

PinVista offers both free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use automated tools to access the service excessively
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SwiftSight PBC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the service. By using PinVista, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftSight PBC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Any interruption or cessation of the service
• Any errors or inaccuracies in the content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service.

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
